Our architecture and engineering plans are drafted and reviewed by three different engineers, both locally and abroad, to ensure our builds adhere to the highest possible building standards.

Our floor plans are thoughtfully designed for the modern family, offering a perfect blend of comfort, function, and contemporary style. Each layout features multiple flexible spaces, oversized windows, several living areas, walk-in closets in every bedroom, elevated kitchens, and generous storage throughout.

Rooted in organic modern design, our interiors seamlessly combine contemporary architecture with natural elements to create spaces that feel warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. Every home features a curated mix of sustainable materials, earthy tones, and modern finishes—giving each residence its own distinct, semi-custom character.

We strive to make every home we construct feel custom. Thanks to many local and global partnerships, we are able to incorporate numerous unique finishes into each residence we build. Examples include "First Choice" quartzite and stone countertops, artist-crafted lighting fixtures, handmade clay and limestone tiles, Swedish putty and wall plaster, and more.

One common shortcoming of spec-home design is the need for adequate storage space. We've made it our goal to ensure each home we construct can fit everything a family needs to enjoy their residence comfortably. Our standard designs include a walk-in closet for every bedroom, thoughtful shelving and cabinet build-outs, and extra storage in our pantry, laundry room, and mudroom areas.
